Worshiping God Together

Although there are many ways to appropriately worship God, organize worship teams, and choose instrumentation and musical styles, at Grace we have chosen the following worship values:

• All Generations...worship God together through a multi-generational and blended service (Psalm 22:27, 96:6).
  
• Musical Style...focus on music that shares truth about God and teaches sound doctrine utilizing a variety of musical styles that preserves our heritage while embracing the new (Ephesians 5:19-20).
• Instrumentation...is flexible regarding instrumentation, utilizing the people God gifts and raises up in our body (1 Chronicles 15-16).
• Team...function as a team, supporting one another through encouragement and mentoring as we develop individual skills (Psalm 33:3; 1 Chronicles 25).
• Maturity and Competence...focus on people who are like-minded and demonstrate both character and competence (Luke 10:27; Psalm 33:3).
• Outreach...strive for an understandable service that unifies the church, which is honoring to God and demonstrates the joy and depth of Christ's church. We believe that worship is the fuel and goal of missions. In addition, we desire to provide a place for believers to bring their friends to worship God (1 Corinthians 14:16, 26; Psalm 45:11; Proverbs 3:9; Joshua 22:5).
