At times, life can be challenging.

Work, relationships and physical health issues can impact us. Or we might be struggling with discouragement, loss or other mental health difficulties. 

Here at Grace we want to offer hope and practical resources, so we can Thrive, despite the tough things we face. 

Resilient Grace offers hope-filled and practical resources for those impacted by mental health challenges, whether personally or within their family. Scripture, prayer, and neuroscience tools are shared within a supportive community.

The group will meet Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. in Room 106.
